About Joanne

Joanne Rosenthal has over 20 years experience as a licensed Master Social Worker in Maine. She has had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals including adults with disabilities, elders in nursing homes, hospice patients, refugees, and adults receiving home health care. Most recently Joanne served as the Director of Jewish Family Services in Portland Maine for over 8 years. She is an active member of several local organizations working  to end hunger, homelessness, discrimination and inequality. Joanne’s private practice is an expression of her committment to end ageism and to promote vibrant aging.
